1. Printing is not clear

Answer

When thermal printing, the print head is easy to get dirty, so you need to wipe the print head with alcohol cotton from time to time. During thermal transfer, check whether the density in the driver is too low and increase the density appropriately.

2. Paper feeding is inaccurate

Answer

Check whether the paper passes under the pressure lever, and try to adjust the pressure lever to the far left. Then check the driver parameter settings, including page size and printing mode, and then print the test page.

3. Even if the ribbon is installed, no words can be printed.

Answer

Check whether the ribbon is installed backwards. If it is installed backwards, you need to wipe the print head and reinstall it correctly before printing.

4. The printer keeps beeping

Check if one end of the print head is not tightly capped, and re-cap the print head.

5. All consumables are installed normally and the driver settings are correct, but the printing position is incorrect.
